West SurDel Area Race Day

This year the WestSurDel area race day will be hosted by 10th Sur Del and held at the LDS Church building at 6270 – 126 St., Surrey on Saturday March 6th for REGISTERED Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Click each section for more information.

Beavers - Group registration begins at 9:30 AM.

Cubs - Registration will begin at 10:30 AM and the rally itself will begin around 11:15 AM.

Scouts - Weigh in and registration will begin at 12:30 PM and the rally itself will begin around 1 PM.

SPORTSMANSHIP and FUN will be the rules of the day for all participants and spectators! Uniforms will be required for all youth and leaders.

NO LUBES will be permitted due to the Church’s policy concerning the building. Dry Graphite may be added once at the Pit Stop. Please have the cubs and scouts pre-weigh their vehicles and bring them up to as close to the weight as possible before arriving at the event. There will be a pit stop for adjusting the weights to accommodate the official scale. Please have your group bring some tools and weights for the Pit Stop.

The cost of registration is $4/scout and covers a participant’s crest. Group cheques are made out to WestSurDel Area – Scouts Canada.

Coffee, tea or alcohol is not permitted in the building. And there is no smoking in the building or on the grounds. Thank you.
